Here is a scrumptious healing oats recipe.

Honestly some of the best oats I have ever tasted.

Ingredients

 Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup rolled oats
• 1/2 cup coconut milk
• 1/3 cup blueberries (I used frozen ones)
• 1/2 cut banana
• 1 inch chopped ginger
• 1/2 tsp chopped lemon peel
• 1 tsp coconut oil
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
